The clarity of our position is obvious: diluted by a fair amount of empathy, rational thinking provides ample opportunities for the phased and consistent development of society. In general, of course, the constant quantitative growth and scope of our activity creates the need to include a number of extraordinary measures in the production plan, taking into account the complex of existing financial and administrative conditions.
