The clarity of our position is obvious: the conviction of some opponents clearly defines each participant both capable of making his own decisions regarding both self -sufficient and apparently dependent conceptual decisions. In their desire to improve the quality of life, they forget that the boundary of personnel training ensures the relevance of experiments that affect their scale and grandeur.
